How it works

Write the way you'd talk to a colleague.

No rigid format needed. Write what you did, the system understands the context, only asks for what's missing, and logs everything in the official format.

Write however feels natural

Even informally. "Pruned the olive trees today" is enough — the system only asks for the growth stage, if missing.

Works by voice too

A WhatsApp voice note while you close the gate counts just as much as a written message.

Born from the real need of a farm in Puglia — not a desk-bound case study. The first prototype was tested in the field, fixed, tested again.

Today it's live in production on a real farm. The log's required fields were validated together with an agronomy consultant, to make sure they hold up to inspections.

Honest about the limits

What we don't do

We always tell the truth about the system's limits.

— If the system doesn't understand a message, it asks for confirmation — it doesn't make up an entry.
— It doesn't replace your agronomist for technical decisions: it logs what you do, it doesn't decide what to do.
— You still need an internet connection to send the message — it doesn't work offline.
